Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition 
  
• All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included 
  
• Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration 

The Karat Klub Jewellery L.L.C reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom / bespoke pieces are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable 
  
• Any items that have been modified, resized, damaged, or personalized 

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method only 
  
• Refund amount will be limited to the original purchase value paid at checkout 

Shipping & Fees

• Shipping costs are non-refundable 
  
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect 

Inspection & Processing

• All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt 
  
• Refunds will be processed only after the item has been reviewed and approved 
  
• The Karat Klub reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy standards 

Made-to-Order Disclaimer

All pieces are made to order. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that:

• Production begins based on confirmed specifications 
  
• Returns are not guaranteed and are subject to approval 
  
• Custom and personalized items are non-refundable 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. We will assess and resolve the issue accordingly.
